City Heating & Air Conditioning has been in business serving East Tennessee since 1961, specializing in all residential including new construction and commercial. We are experts on installation, service, and zoning your home's air quality. We also specialize in TVA installations, where in 2004 we were awarded the TVA Energy Right Program for Regional Performing Company of the year. Our management team has over 95 years of combined experience that you can put your trust in to depend on.

• We do not pay sales commissions to our technicians

Some air-conditioning companies give their technicians a small reward for selling a system. Some units may need to be replaced, but a sales commission can persuade a technician to sell a new unit when the old unit can be effectively repaired. While a new unit may lower utility bills and be more efficient, we at City Heating & Air Conditioning want to open the door to the customer and leave it up to them whether it should be replaced or repaired.

We have a large product line with several of the leading brands

Most air-conditioning companies service a wide variety of makes and models, but they tend to only sell one brand of equipment. We at City Heating & Air Conditioning recognize that just like the air conditioners themselves, people are unique and have different needs. Our trained service and sales personnel would be more than happy to answer customers’ questions regarding purchasing equipment and corresponding prices. We like to leave it up to the customer to decide what investment they are about to put into their home.

We work around the customer

We will schedule appointments for a specific time and day that suits the customer, so they don’t have to waste time trying to figure out if we are coming.
